The device does not need a WI-FI spot or signal instead it works through a cellular network and best of all there is no monthly fee’s. You just buy the TwitterPeek device for $199.95 and the service is included free for life. Now that seems like a great deal. If you spend lots of time on Twitter on a mobile phone then you might be adding up extra data charges. The TwitterPeek device is also a backup device if ever your stuck and need to Twitter this device can be a life saver. There are many people that make a serious income from using Twitter and the added value of being able to connect where ever they might be is worth the cost of this device. Now the bad side is that you will have another device to carry around, but if you Twitter from events this little device might just be the right choice. It’s nice to see a device devoted to Twitter and I think with unlimited usage at no charge it just clinches the deal.

How To Make Money With Twitter Sponsored Tweets

There is a new way for Twitter users to monetize their account. If you have more then 200 followers on Twitter you can use a service called Sponsored Tweets to make money. Once you sign up for you free account you will be added to the Sponsored Tweets listing. When an advertiser wants to reach your followers you send out a Tweet written by the advertiser, or some advertisers let you write the ad to fit your followers tastes. When an advertiser wants to work with you a direct message in Twitter appears letting you know about the offer. You also have the option of not sending out the tweet if you feel it does not match your standards. The best part is you can make some serious money. The top bloggers are getting paid hundreds of dollars for just one tweet. The more followers you gain on Twitter the better the payouts. You can also use Sponsored Tweets to advertise. There are many celebrity Twitter users that reach large number of followers and for some advertisers these numbers are well beyond what they would reach with traditional advertising. The Sponsored Tweet service has been approved by Twitter and you will not have your account blocked or banned for using the service. The service also makes sure your followers know that you are sending a sponsored tweet by adding #ad or something similar in the tweet. This might turn into a revenue model for Twitter in the future or at least give the company ideas on how to make money with Twitter as they are still without a revenue model. Over all I would recommend anyone who wants to make extra money from their Twitter account to sign up for Sponsored Tweets and try running a few ad’s your audience will not mind if you do it every few days and send targeted messages.

Oprah Skype Annoying

Is it just me or do you find Oprah interviews by Skype to be annoying. At first it stated with just a few interviews that seemed as a good idea to be connected with Skype. Then it started to look like Oprah was getting paid to Skype. The truth is Oprah is getting paid to Skype. You would think that a quality show like the Oprah show would rather have better video quality and sound. The way it looks now is that the Oprah show rather see the money from eBay’s Skype service. Well let’s see if Oprah get’s over using Skype and moves on to Twitter.

OK figured out how to add a Twitter Follow Me Banner to site. Now on the right sidebar a click-able link to Twitter. It took a few minutes with HTML to link the picture to Twitter in WordPress. The Ellen Show Twitter

Ellen had a great segment on Twitter today. She said she learned about Twitter from P. Diddy a few days ago when he was on her show. Her description of what Twitter is was pretty funny. If you want to follow Ellen her twitt is theellenshow and her goal is a million followers, she’s at 55,000 at the time of this post. This proves the power of Twitter and how fast it is going main stream.

The other day I was thinking up ways to build up my twitter followers list. Since my twitter is only a few weeks old I can’t expect it to grow unless I promote it.

The idea I had was to create a twitter business card. This card will only have very basic info and the only contact information would be my twitter address.

Since I can get free business cards online I will try this out with my free card s.
