The rise of group buying has created a little niche for making money online. Once in awhile there are deals on Groupons for real goods or discounts on the purchase of a certain amount of money. If you can get deal for example where you can buy $50.00 for $25.00 then you can use it to buy  goods to resell.

This would work out well at stores where you can buy items that are in demand. I tried this with a local hardware store where I bought a power tool. Then I listed the tool on Craigslist and sold it for a profit.

Next time you are on Groupons look for these types of deals and take advantage of the deal to make some extra money.
