With the holidays fast approaching it’s time to look ahead. The amount of work I was able to get done in 2009 exceeded my goals. The year started with a whole lot of learning. There were new markets that I wanted to enter and had no clue how to proceed. The difference between me and others, is that I kept at it until I had learned what I had set out to learn.

There are many projects that I am working on for 2010 and goals that I have set for myself. Looking at the past and what I have been able to do, there is no reason I can not accomplish my goals.

If you plan on taking 2010 and reaching the next level with your online business set goals. You can not reach something that you can’t see. Post your goals somewhere that you can see every days. Ask yourself if you are working towards the goal and do not lose focus. If you start setting your goals and plans for 2010 now this very minute you will have an amazing year. Get it down on paper and set the wheels in motion. There is nothing that you can not do once you set your self in motion towards a goal that you believe with all your heart.

Get going set your goals today and make yourself a success in anything you are working on.

This week many Google Adwords account got banned. The thing is that many people were running clean campaigns and tried to follow Google rules. Even those with re bill offers had full disclosure on their pages. It kind of a sad way for Google to deal with loyal customers. It’s true that as a Google search user I understand that they are trying to make their search engines less spammy and want to protect consumers, but they must be fair. If an account was at risk of being banned then why did Google not contact the account holder and let the person correct the site so that it meets Googles standards. What they did was ban a great number of account and provided no reason or an appeal process. In my opinion I believe that Google should try to work this out and allow Adwords banned accounts to appeal and resolve any issues. Any other PPC networks would work with the advertiser to make the campaign complient. In the future I hope Google understands that they might be cleaning up their search engine, but they are also playing with peoples income.  Without bad mouthing Google, I am just saying if you want to clean your site then work with those you might affect.

Anyone with a Word Press blog knows how frustrating it can be with all the spam comments. Today I installed Disqus comment management service. This is a free plug in for Word Press that can manage your comments. With many features and the ability to filter spam comments. It’s nice to not have to worry about comments and have a free service to handle everything. The plug in was very easy to install and to get it working properly. If you want a great comment management system for Word Press visit www.disqus.com and please if you have a comment you can try Disqus for yourself. One other great thing is the ability to share the commnet with a users Twitter or Facebook account.
