The waiting list for donors is considerably shorter in Tennessee. If this transplant was a result of his previous fight with cancer, getting a transplant is good news. As a transplant on patients with metastatic cancer that has spread outside the liver, would not be performed. If you look at all Steve Jobs has accomplished in his life the world is a better place for his innovations. Anyone who uses Apple computers or an iPod has already felt how grateful they are to Apple and Steve Jobs for bringing out such advance products that work. Let’s hope that his surgery went well and that we will have Steve Jobs back at Apple to innovate the next amazing thing.
