Last night I was working on a landing page for one of my affiliate offers. This page showed promise and on it’s second day converted into a sale. Since the first sale there have been many page views, but it has not turned into any further sales. Doing a little looking around the page I spotted a few opportunities to monetize the page and make money not only of the offer, but from Google Adsense. The sidebar on the page got a text Adsense unit in skyscraper.

This add’s a few more options for the customers to click on something. The top of the page I made the logo a clickable image that takes people to the affiliate offer, as well any other images on the site now link to the offer. The top of the page now has an urgency message to let people know they do not have much time to order before the holidays. There is also a link to a coupon code for a further discount on the purchase. These little changes should make a few more sales, or at least give me a little more Adsense revenue.
